Printing and Preparation Parameters:

• Material Drying: At least 4 hours at 90°C.

Material Characteristics:

SP4 CF15 is a special polyamide-based technopolymer reinforced with 15% carbon fibre, developed specifically for 3D printing. Compared with PA12, this filament guarantees superior dimensional stability and high heat resistance, up to 180°C, allowing higher working speeds. The modulus of elasticity of 8.5 GPa ensures rigidity and robustness, while the high interlayer adhesion makes it possible to obtain precise prints, even on very small surfaces or particularly delicate points. In addition, the low moisture absorption helps to keep performance constant during the printing process, making it simple and reliable to use, as in the case of PLA.

Thanks to its advanced mechanical properties, SP4 CF15 is ideal for creating functional prototypes, structural components, and parts subjected to thermal and mechanical stress. The filament is perfectly suited for industrial applications and engineering projects, as well as for production in professional and hobbyist environments, being compatible with both open and closed-frame printers. Perfect bed adhesion, achieved effortlessly at 60°C, guarantees high-quality prints even in the finest details.

Important Note:

The product, compliant with PFAS-free standards, has been developed exclusively for 3D printing. It is not suitable for food contact, for transporting drinking water, for the manufacture of children's toys, or for applications in the pharmaceutical, medical, or dental sectors.
