Steel nozzles resist wear far better than brass, especially with carbon, glass or kevlar fiber filaments, which are abrasive and quickly wear out soft nozzles. They are the mandatory choice if you often print filled materials and want to avoid frequent nozzle changes. They keep good conductivity and last a long time.
