The exact shipping amount is calculated automatically and will always be visible on the checkout page, before confirming and paying for the order.
Free shipping is available free shipping for orders of 100 euros or more for shipments within Italy and from 200 euros or more for shipments outside Italy, however for certain specific carriers a fixed rate applies even when the free shipping threshold is reached; please refer to the amount calculated at the cart/checkout.
Shipments are made via couriers selected based on the destination and the service chosen by the customer.
The shipping cost is not fixed, but is calculated automatically based on several factors, including:
- the selected courier;
- the available shipping method;
- the destination country;
- the total weight of the order;
- the volume (dimensions) of the goods.
International shipments
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, import VAT, customs clearance charges or other fees that may be applied by the authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Such amounts are not included in the product prices or in the shipping costs displayed during checkout and, if due, will be requested by the customs authorities or by the courier responsible for delivery.
