Free shipping is available for orders of €100 or more for shipments within Italy and €200 or more for shipments outside Italy; however, for certain specific carriers a fixed fee applies even when the free-shipping threshold is reached. Please refer to the amount calculated in the cart/checkout.
Shipments are handled by couriers selected based on the destination and the service chosen by the customer.

- the selected courier;
- the available shipping method;
- the destination country;
- the total order weight;
- the volume (dimensions) of the goods.
International shipments
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, import VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges that may be applied by the authorities of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
