Material Characteristics:
SP4 CF15 is a high-performance polymer based on a specialized polyamide reinforced with 15% carbon fiber, specifically developed for 3D printing. Compared to PA12, this filament ensures superior dimensional stability and high heat resistance, up to 180°C, enabling faster printing speeds. With an elastic modulus of 8.5 GPa, it guarantees rigidity and robustness, while its excellent interlayer adhesion ensures precise prints, even on very small surfaces or particularly delicate areas. Additionally, its low moisture absorption helps maintain consistent performance during printing, making it as easy and reliable to use as PLA.

Thanks to its advanced mechanical properties, SP4 CF15 is ideal for functional prototypes, structural components, and parts subjected to thermal and mechanical stress. The filament is perfectly suited for industrial applications and engineering projects, as well as professional and hobbyist production, being compatible with both open and enclosed printers. Its excellent bed adhesion, achieved effortlessly at 60°C, ensures high-quality prints even in the finest details.
Important Note:
This product, compliant with PFAS-free standards, has been developed exclusively for 3D printing. It is not suitable for food contact, potable water transport, manufacturing of children’s toys, or applications in the pharmaceutical, medical, or dental sectors.
