PLA ONE UV Resistant – High-speed technical PLA filament, sandable, paintable, and UV-resistant.

White color, matte finish.

Excellent temperature resistance after a quick annealing process.

✅ Recommended printing parameters:

• Nozzle temperature: 210–235°C (depending on speed)

• Bed temperature: 0–60°C (build plate adhesive: 3DBooster lock)

• Heated chamber: not required

• Cooling: active (fan cooling)

• Drying: not required; optional 45°C for 4h

• Printing speed: up to 400 mm/s

• Annealing: 5 min at 100°C to improve heat resistance up to 116°C (results in 1% – 2% shrinkage to compensate during slicing)

PLA ONE UV Resistant is a technical compound based on 100% biobased PLA, loaded with minerals and additives to ensure:

• Excellent dimensional stability

• High resistance to UV and hydrolysis

• Easy post-processing (sandable, paintable)

It is an extremely easy-to-print material, ideal even for open-frame printers with industrial-grade performance.
