PLA ONE UV Resistant – High-speed technical PLA filament, sandable, paintable and UV resistant.

Natural white colour, matt finish.

Suitable for subsequent painting

Excellent temperature resistance after a quick annealing process.

✅ Recommended printing parameters:

• Nozzle temperature: 210–235°C (depending on speed)

• Bed Temperature: 0–60°C (print bed adhesive: 3DBooster lock)

• Heated chamber: not necessary

• Cooling: active (active cooling)

• Drying: not required; optional 45°C for 4h

• Printing speed: up to 400 mm/s

• Annealing: 5 min a 100°C per migliorare resistenza termica fino a 116°C (comporta un ritiro di 1% – 2% da compensare in fase di slicing)

PLA ONE UV Resistant is a technical compound based on 100% biobased PLA, filled with minerals and additivated to guarantee:

• Excellent dimensional stability

• High resistance to UV agents and hydrolysis

• Uniform and high-quality surface finish

• Excellent bed adhesion even without a heated chamber

• Easy post-processing (sandable, paintable)

• High flow and high speed 

It is a material extremely easy to print, ideal even on open printers and with industrial-grade performance.
