Recommended printing parameters

• Printing Temperature: 250–260 °C

• Filament drying: 90 °C

• Heated chamber: not required (OFF)

• Nozzle Type: Brass

• Material drying before extrusion: 100 °C for at least 4 hours

Material properties

The PC-PBT new formulation is a blend of polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate designed for professional 3D printing. It is a material very rigid, resistant to high temperatures and dimensionally stable, even in critical environmental conditions. One of the main innovations is the printability on open machines, thanks to low warping and excellent layer adhesion.

• Tensile strength: 60 MPa

• Allungamento a rottura: 3,6%

• Notched impact strength (23°C): 5.0 kJ/m²

• Vicat softening point (50 N): 130 °C

• HDT at 0.45 MPa: 107 °C

• HDT at 1.81 MPa: 80 °C

• Density: 1.25 g/cm³
