The PC PBT Kevlar is an advanced technical filament designed for industrial applications and engineered for FDM-FFF 3D printing. This material combines the exceptional properties of a polycarbonate (PC) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) blend, enriched with 5% Kevlar fibres, to achieve superior mechanical and tribological performance.
Printing Parameters:
- Printing temperature: 245°-260°C
- Print bed temperature: 60°-80°C
- Recommended adhesive: 3DBooster lock
- Essiccazione: 100°C for 4 hours, or 90°C for 6-8 hours before use

The PBT Kevlar PC stands out for its greater flexibility compared to the carbon fibre variant, making it ideal for dynamic applications that require elasticity without compromising on robustness. The combination of wear resistance and high self-lubrication makes it particularly suitable for mechanical components such as bearings or moving parts.
Thanks to the purity of the raw materials, the filament is homogeneous, easy to print and has minimal warping, even without the use of a heated chamber. This industrial material offers excellent adhesion to heated and glass beds, ensuring superior quality 3D prints.
